Christian Holzer
Co-Director
Christian Holzer is honored to be the artistic director of the FCB. Music has been a part of Christian’s life as far back as he can remember. He has taught bands and orchestras at all levels for over 20 years. The quality time spent making music with the FCB is a true blessing to him. His mentors have included (in no particular order) Bart Ghent, Brian Merrill, Eddie Green, Debra Haburay, Dennis Fisher, Ken Valliant and the countless friends and colleagues whom he has learned so much. Christian is a graduate of the University of North Texas and Southern Methodist University. He is most proud of his two amazing kiddos and all the former students who have chosen a career in music, education, or simply appreciate great music.
